  • Application Data: Notarized Affidavit of FO1 Application, Application Letter, Handwritten Personal Data Sheet (PDS), Work Experience Sheet, Transcript of Records and College Diploma, Certificate of Waiver, PSA/NSO Certificate of Live Birth, PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate, 2nd Level Eligibilities/Report of Rating by CSC/PRC, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Pag-ibig Member Data Form (MDF), Philhealth Membership Data Record (MDR), Professional Driver’s License ID and/or TESDA NC II/III in driving, Barangay Clearance, National Police Clearance, NBI Clearance, MTC Clearance, RTC CLearance, Previous Employment Clearance.
  • Authentication Data: Login credentials, OTPs, and IP addresses used for secure access.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on the Platform, and interactions with features.
  • Device Data: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to enhance functionality and track usage. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process and evaluate your job applications.
  • Send login URLs, OTPs, and application status updates via email or SMS.
  • Score and analyze applicant data for recruitment purposes.
  • Improve the Platform’s functionality and user experience.

  • Hiring Managers and Evaluators: To evaluate your application.
  • Service Providers: Third parties that assist with email delivery, OTP generation, data storage, or analytics (e.g., cloud providers, email services).

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures, including encryption, access controls, and OTP verification, to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
